The home of Craneford Wines is in an old fire station restored to also house Zilm’s Gourment Café. More than 12 months of invigoration, but add inspiration and innovation. It excites me to think that all the dreams and visions are beginning to form. I have concentrated on building a portfolio of premium wines that allow Craneford Wines to enter and compete in our chosen markets, both domestic and export. On top of that we aim to match our wines with the sumptuous dishes that Bev creates for our gourmet café. We are in the process of planning and expanding the production cellar, which will incorporate new, state-of-the-art equipment, new barrels and of course the room to put all of this in. This will also mean moderate changes to out Café area and new tasting room too.
