At Casa Vino, we would like to assure you that we take your information and privacy very seriously. The following is a description of what we do and don't do with your details.

For Casa Vino to process your order, we need information such as your name, email or contact number, delivery address and payment details. Other information will also be collected with your permission from time to time. The information you provide is used to process and fulfill your orders. We may use the contact information to notify you of your order status or in case we need to alert you of any problem or possible delay with your order.
When you subscribe to our e-newsletter or participate in any survey or contest conducted by us, we need only your name, email address and membership number (if any) to send the information you requested. Generally, we use this information to notify you about changes, updates, special promotional features and new links as part of our service enhancement.
All information is kept private. No information or details of any of our customers are given to third parties. Many members often forget details such as their passwords. Applicable Liquor Laws
Casavino.com.my is created and controlled by Casa Vino Sdn Bhd (ROC No. 532459-M) in the State of Selangor of Malaysia. Our liquor licence number is 60094. Under Malaysian law, alcoholic beverages can only be sold to non-Muslim over 21 years of age. In placing orders or joining our wine club, you represent to us that you are at least 21 years old and the person to whom delivery will be made is at least 21 years old.
A Casa Vino Cellar Club member may not have more than one active membership, whether this is by use of name, email address, an alias or combination thereof. If you breach this condition, you may be liable for the recovery of any benefits obtained this way, such as gift vouchers, promotional benefits and the value therein.
Membership accounts are non-transferable. You may update, edit or terminate your membership account at any time. You agree to maintain and update the information as supplied by yourself to ensure accuracy at all times.
As a Casa Vino Cellar Club member, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your own membership account and password. You agree to take responsibility for all activities that occur under your membership account and password.
You have to be 21 years of age and above. Your membership and order will only be accepted after your personal particulars are verified and payment is received.
Prices of goods and services and delivery and other charges displayed on the casavino.com.my website are in Ringgit Malaysia, at the current time of display. These prices are subject to variation or changes without prior notice.
Placing and Accepting Orders
Orders can be made through on-line ordering on our website, email, phone, fax or mail.
Orders will not be dispatched until payment in full has been received and is satisfied with the integrity of the order.
Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, Casa Vino is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by late delivery or cancellation of an order or a product.
Placement of an order by you constitutes an offer to enter into an agreement with us ("your offer"). We will email you an Order Confirmation for the sole purpose of confirming the details of your offer. Please note that our Order Confirmation does not constitute an acceptance of your offer or reflect the status of your order in any way.
Vintages
Vintages are subject to change and availability. Casa Vino has the right to replace the closest vintage of the same label if the vintage which you have ordered is no longer available.
Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right not to provide goods or services, terminate membership accounts, remove or edit content or cancel orders (or part thereof) at our sole discretion at any time. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not be held liable for loss or damage arising from the exercising of these rights.
Cancellation by You
If you need to cancel an order or your membership subscription, please contact us immediately on 603-6273 4589. Our agreement with you only comes into existence once we have both confirmed your order and your payment has been processed. Once we have accepted payment for an order, cancellation of the order is within our sole discretion.
Members may cancel your subscription to Casa Vino Cellar Club at any time by writing to us. Please note that there will be no refunds should your subscription has yet to reach one year.
Deliveries
Deliveries will be carried out during office hours from Monday to Friday to the address specified in the Order Form.
You are advised to examine your purchase and confirm that they are in good order upon receiving them. Any pilferage or damage found in the products must be reported immediately to us within 24 hours to Casa Vino Sdn Bhd.
Mode of Payment
All payment by cheque must be crossed and issued to Casa Vino Sdn Bhd. You can also make payment by Bank Draft and money order. If you are a Diners Club member, you can make payment manually in the meantime.
