1. Applications are open to all Nationality aged 21 and above.
2. Only individuals may be members and each member will be issued with a membership card.
3. To maintain your yearly membership, Casa Vino Cellar Club members are required to purchase a minimum of RM500.00 before membership expiry as well as subsequent years. Should you fail to maintain your membership, it will automatically be terminated. 
4. Please notify Casa Vino Sdn Bhd in writing of loss and damaged or theft of membership card. Casa Vino at its own discretion may charge a fee for a replacement card.
5. Prior booking of at least 3 days is required for usage of the VIP lounge and 7 days for Private Bin Cellars (First-come-first serve basis and upon availability)
6. Casa Vino reserves the right to send catalogues or other promotional literatures, electronically or by mail to a member at its own discretion.
7. Selection of the Casa Vino Cellar Club members will be at the sole discretion of Casa Vino. Casa Vino reserves the right to review, change the status and terminate a membership of Casa Vino Cellar Club without notice and for any reason.
8. Abuse of usage of the card may result in cancellation of the Casa Vino Cellar Club membership.
9. Members will be notified in writing for renewal upon expiry of membership. In the event of mail failure, members are responsible for renewal at our retail shop.

2.0 GENERAL

1. The use of the membership card is subject to the terms and conditions of The Casa Vino Cellar Club. It is non-transferable and entitles the cardholder upon presentation to the benefits and privileges offered by Casa Vino.
2. The Casa Vino Cellar Club is the property of Casa Vino Sdn Bhd, SD6, Jalan KIP 11, Taman Perindustrian KIP, Bandar Sri Damansara, 52200 Kuala Lumpur. It should be returned to the same address if found or upon request.
3. The membership card is not a credit or charge card and should not be used for payment, and the card member shall not use it to negotiate or obtain further discounts or other privileges from participating outlets.
4. Members must produce their membership card to enjoy the specific benefits and privileges. Processing of membership card will take up to a week.
5. By using the membership card, a member is deemed to have accepted without limitation or qualification all of these terms and conditions which will take effect on the date when you first use the membership card.
6. Casa Vino reserves the right to use information about the members from the database for the planning and development of Casa Vino Cellar Club promotional activities.
7. The benefits and privileges for the members maybe at the absolute discretion of Casa Vino be amended, suspended or terminated with or without prior notice.
8. Casa Vino reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time by mailing these changes to you or posting the changes on our website without prior notice. Any new or amended terms and conditions will override the existing Casa Vino Cellar Club terms and conditions.
